Create an activity from the questionnaire

One template, multiple activities

From a questionnaire you can create different activities without duplicating the original content. Each activity has its own name, access code, permissions, and participation conditions.

1. Open a questionnaire that can generate activities.
2. Use the Create an activity option.
3. Define the name and the participation, scoring, and results settings.
4. Review the dates and activation status.
5. Save it, test it, and share access when it is ready.

If the user is not the owner, creation depends on whether the questionnaire is public, active, approved, and allows activity creation.

Limits and validation

The number of activities that a user can create depends on their plan. The system also checks the questionnaire’s consistency before creating the activity.
