Which account does the purchase belong to?

Payment rights correspond to the verified Quezmo account. Therefore, it is important to log in with the same account before purchasing or restoring a subscription.

On iPhone, Quezmo checks Apple transactions and their linkage to the account. On Android, it verifies Google Play purchases and the correct association with the user.

A purchase made with one account is not automatically transferred to another user just because the device is shared or they have access to the same store.

If you have changed your email or have multiple accounts, first identify which one confirmed the purchase. To protect subscription ownership, Quezmo does not activate rights for a purchase that does not match the authenticated account.
