Making a copy of a quiz

When can it be copied?

The ability to copy depends on the quiz permissions. The owner can copy their own content; for quizzes belonging to others, authorization is conditioned by privacy, approval, and the Allow copies option.

What does the copy contain?

The copy creates a new quiz, with a new owner and a name indicating it is a copy. It retains the general data and copies the active questions from the original, including their images and, where applicable, narrative audios and adventure transitions.

Disabled questions from the original are not transferred with this operation. The copy does not inherit the original’s administrative approval.

After copying, you can adapt the questions and create your own activities without modifying the source quiz.
