Record Retention

Specific monitoring data has a configurable retention period. When this period expires, monitoring details may no longer be available and the screen may indicate that the records have expired.

The system includes cleanup processes for records and elements linked to monitoring. This should not be confused with the retention of responses and activity scores.

Responsible Interpretation

• An absence of incidents does not prove that nothing happened outside the application.
• A recorded event does not by itself prove misconduct.
• Controls may behave differently depending on the device and browser.
• Incidents and timing metrics serve different purposes.

When monitoring is used for assessment, combine these indicators with the context and criteria established by the center or organization.
