When a questionnaire is only accessible with a code

A catalog questionnaire can be public as content, but not have any default activity directly accessible.

What it means

• You can read its description and see the allowed options.
• To respond you will need someone to assign you an activity with a valid code.
• If authorized, you can still copy the questionnaire or use it to create your own activity.

Do not confuse the visibility of a questionnaire with the opening of a specific activity. They are two different settings.
