Recover the password

If you don’t remember the password

Section titled “If you don’t remember the password”
  1. From the login, open Recover password.
  2. Enter the account email.
  3. Check the code received by email and enter it on the verification screen.
  4. Set a new password of at least 8 characters and confirm it.

The recovery code contains six digits and expires after 15 minutes. If the code has expired, request another one.

After the change

Section titled “After the change”

Log in again with the new password. Password recovery is different from changing the password from the profile, which requires knowing the current one.
