Resuming a started activity

How resuming works

If you have a started but not yet finished participation, the activity may offer the possibility to continue it. The system retrieves the progress of the attempt that corresponds to the activity and the access context.

1. Reopen the activity.
2. Check that the selected group or task is correct.
3. If the option to resume appears, continue from the indicated point.

What to keep in mind?

• A finished attempt is not resumed as if it were pending.
• The options to repeat an activity depend on whether multiple attempts are allowed.
• Do not confuse resuming with creating a new attempt: the new attempt may have different access conditions.
• If you have changed devices or lost connection, wait for the system to confirm the recovered progress before responding again.

If the application indicates there is a pending participation in another group, resolve that situation first from the activity presentation.
