Once the paid access expires, Quezmo updates the account’s effective permissions according to the rights that remain available.

And what about the created content?

Cancelling a subscription is not an order to delete questionnaires, activities, or groups. However, when the level is lowered, some editing or usage features may cease to be available due to plan limitations.
