Invite collaborators

The owner or administrator can add an existing user via their email and specify whether they will have read or edit access.

• Reader: can view content within their granted access rights.
• Editor: can make permitted modifications to the questionnaire and questions.

The invitation generates a notification to the user and, depending on their preferences, may also send an email.

Requests and changes

If a user requests to collaborate, the owner can accept or reject the request. An accepted request initially adds a reader collaborator; editing permission is managed separately.

The owner can change the collaborator’s role or revoke their access. This mechanism is different from copying the questionnaire: collaborators work on the shared content, not on their own copy.
