Cancel a subscription

Canceling a subscription means preventing future renewals. It is not the same as deleting your Quezmo account.

Depending on the purchase channel

  • iPhone: open Manage Apple subscriptions from Plans and select the corresponding subscription.
  • Android: use Manage Google Play subscriptions.
  • Web: process the cancellation of the subscription linked to your account via the management service or through Quezmo support.

Verify that the cancellation has been registered with the billing provider. Exiting the app, uninstalling it, or deleting an icon does not cancel the subscription.

When the provider confirms the cancellation, the account retains the appropriate rights until the effective end date.
