When does a questionnaire appear in the public catalog?

To appear in the general public catalog, the questionnaire must be public, active, and listed as approved.

Creating it as public or activating it does not automatically mean obtaining administrative approval. A questionnaire can be accessible through the planned channels without yet occupying a place in the validated catalog.

Public questionnaires can undergo initial review or change review. The administrative management distinguishes pending elements, approved, rejected, and changes pending review.

Recommendation: review the language, active questions, correct answers, image, and description before requesting public visibility.
