Attach materials, links, and templates
For: people who create tasks.
A task can include instructions and resources so that participants have the necessary material.
Available resources
Section titled “Available resources”- Working documents: files and PDFs associated with the task.
- Web links: addresses that can be opened from the task content.
- Reference document: a link intended to read an external document.
- Google template: a link to a Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides document to make a copy of.
Working with a Google template
Section titled “Working with a Google template”- Link the template to the task form.
- Share it with the students with read access and permission to make copies.
- Each participant, or a team member, makes a copy in their Drive.
- If the task requires a PDF, the result must be exported and attached to the submission.
Quezmo does not automatically create the Google copy. The template is a resource, not an automatic submission.
