Identity binding and supervised access
Identity binding
Section titled “Identity binding”In certain supervised activities, access is linked to a participation identity and to the session conditions. This binding prevents participation from being reused outside the authorized context.
Before starting
Section titled “Before starting”The participant may need to be properly identified and pass the required access checks. Some enhanced configurations are not compatible with anonymous guest participation.
If a validation error occurs, it should not be resolved by creating a new participation without verifying the previous one: there might be a pending attempt or a session associated with another context.
Identity binding does not by itself mean that the application performs facial recognition, biometric identification, or continuous recording. These functions should not be inferred from this control.
