Change email address

Request the change

From the Profile, select the email field to open it for editing. Enter the new address and confirm your identity with the current password.

The new email must have a valid format and must not be registered to another account.

Confirm the new email

Quezmo sends a six-digit code to confirm the change. The code is valid for 15 minutes. Until the change is verified, the system keeps the previous email as the primary address.

The process allows cancelling a pending change. If you did not initiate the change, do not enter any code and review the account security.
