What to do when sending or connection fails

If an error appears

Section titled “If an error appears”

During an activity, network issues, timeouts, or operations not yet confirmed by the server may occur.

  1. Check if an indication of Synchronizing, Pending, or an error warning appears.
  2. Keep the activity open when there is a pending submission.
  3. Use Retry or Refresh if the screen offers this action.
  4. Verify that the response is confirmed before exiting.

Important

Section titled “Important”

An entered but unconfirmed response is not equivalent to a submission. If the system warns you of unsaved changes, explicitly decide whether you want to lose them before exiting or refreshing.

The application has retry and resume mechanisms, but this does not guarantee that any offline response has been saved correctly. Always check the recovered status.
