Share activities with a group

For: people who manage groups.

A group can receive activities created from a standard questionnaire, a route or an interactive adventure.

Direct sharing

1. Enter the group from Manage.
2. In the work section, select the option Share an activity with this group.
3. Choose the activity and confirm the sharing.
4. Review the participants’ progress within the group context.

Sharing can send an email to the corresponding members. An activity already shared is not shared again as if it were new.

Activity integrated into a task

It is also possible to create a group task that incorporates an activity as one of its work elements. This allows combining, for example, a questionnaire, text response, and document.

Difference: sharing an activity directly and associating it with a task are two different ways to organize work. The latter can be part of a task grading.
