What is an interactive route?
An interactive route is a quiz that associates questions, challenges, or content with geographic points.
How does it work?
Section titled “How does it work?”Participants consult the map, move through the environment, and access content linked to the points of the route.
Depending on the configuration, locations can be shown on the map or hidden to make discovering the points part of the challenge.
What can a point include?
Section titled “What can a point include?”- A question about the space being visited.
- Historical, cultural, scientific, or technical information.
- Images and other multimedia resources.
- Clues to help identify the next location.
Common uses
Section titled “Common uses”Routes can be applied to scavenger hunts, visits to museums, urban heritage, nature trails, and educational outings.
Location is part of the experience: questions must be related to what the participant can discover or observe.
