Controls in supervised activities
Supervised activities can apply different controls depending on the modality and the configuration chosen by the supervisor.
Examples of controls
Section titled “Examples of controls”- Interruptions: recording of exits or loss of focus during supervised sections.
- Sequential navigation: progression through questions according to established rules.
- Full screen: request or monitoring of full screen status when the system allows it.
- Identity and device: access restrictions in activities that require identification.
- Clipboard: policies on copy and paste actions.
- Time per question: descriptive measurement of durations, if activated.
Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”Capabilities vary between web, Android, and iOS. None of the controls can alone prove whether a person has consulted another tool or used a second device to photograph the screen.
Applicable conditions should be reviewed before starting the activity.
