Remind pending participations and force completion
Reminders
Section titled “Reminders”When there are in progress participations, the submissions screen may offer an action to remind the pending ones. This opens the reminder workflow associated with the activity.
Forced completion
Section titled “Forced completion”In certain contexts, a manager can use Force completion to act on ongoing attempts.
This action is not just a simple visual state change: it can close the possibility for the participant to continue responding. Use it only when it is truly appropriate to consider the participation finished.
The options may be hidden for read-only collaborators and other contexts where the operation is not enabled.
Before acting, check the activity deadlines and review that the selected attempts are the intended ones.
