Export grades and reports

Export from Submissions

Section titled “Export from Submissions”

The Submissions view has a grade export option. The file created by the current workflow uses the XLSX format. When proctoring is enabled, the option may indicate that it also includes proctoring information.

Export the statistical report

Section titled “Export the statistical report”

The report screen has its own action to export the activity summary and question data to XLSX.

Web and mobile

Section titled “Web and mobile”
  • Web: the browser can start the file download.
  • Mobile: the app can prepare the file and offer the Share action so you can save it to a chosen location.

Privacy: these documents may contain identifying data and grades. Keep and share them only with authorized persons.
