Team tasks and individual contributions
For: managers, collaborators, and participants.
The Work mode setting offers Individual and Team options. Task teams should not be confused with the general subgroups of the group.
Preparing a team task
Section titled “Preparing a team task”- When creating or editing the task, select Team.
- Configure the teams for that task and their members.
- You can specify a mission or assignment per team; individual work participants can also be included.
- Decide if an individual contribution is required.
The system provides tools to distribute members into teams and manage assignments. Distribution respects the restrictions of general subgroups when applied.
During submission
Section titled “During submission”The main materials can be shared among team members. If an individual contribution is required, each person must complete their part.
Assessment
Section titled “Assessment”Grading and feedback can be individual, even if the main work is shared. History information is also maintained when team members change.
