Pending Records
Section titled “Pending Records”Supervision tracking has mechanisms to queue events, synchronize them, and recover certain pending operations after connection interruptions or state changes.
The application uses persistence mechanisms adapted to the supported platforms. The handling of records also takes into account the session identifier and the access conditions of the participants.
What does this mean for the user?
Section titled “What does this mean for the user?”If the connection fails, do not assume that all events have been lost nor that all have been synchronized correctly. The person responsible must check the status shown by the system before considering the tracking complete.
Important: supervision synchronization and saving of responses are different processes. A logged incident does not confirm that the content of the response has been delivered.
