An activity associated with a task
For: people who create, grade, or complete tasks.
A task can have an associated Quezmo activity. In this case, completing the quiz can be part of the task requirements.
Activity as the sole work
Section titled “Activity as the sole work”If the task is gradable and does not require text, image, PDF, or individual submission, the task grade can come automatically from the activity. This grade uses the attempt criteria configured in the activity.
Activity combined with other parts
Section titled “Activity combined with other parts”If the task also requires other elements, the activity’s grade is consultative data and the teacher can assign the task grade separately. Do not confuse activity grade with task grade.
Pending corrections
Section titled “Pending corrections”When there are open-ended questions without grading, the activity grade may be provisional or pending. The grading view shows this situation to avoid considering an incomplete score as final.
The requirement to complete the activity and other parts determines whether the submission is marked as complete or partial.
