Upgrade to a higher plan

If your current level does not cover a feature, you can choose a higher plan from the available options.

Before confirming

  • Check that the new plan offers the limits you need.
  • Review whether you will keep the same billing period or change it.
  • Read the amount and the effective date indicated by the provider.

On the web channel, when there is already an active subscription, the switch is prepared on the existing subscription. Stripe shows the adjusted amount for the time already paid before confirming.

On Android, Google Play also presents the change conditions. On iPhone, the options depend on the subscription recognized by the App Store.

Do not subscribe to a second subscription on another channel to try to speed up the change.
